The Process

STEP 1.

DIRECTION

We’ll start by getting to know your business and goals through a detailed questionnaire. You’ll also share a Pinterest board with visual inspiration. Using these insights, I’ll create a creative direction document that defines the look and feel of your brand, allowing us to align before bringing your visuals to life.

STEP 2.

DESIGN

This is the fun part! Using the creative direction as a foundation, we’ll begin bringing your visuals to life, exploring concepts and refining the details as we go. You’ll have the opportunity to review and share feedback throughout, as we move towards the final design.

STEP 3.

DELIVERY

Once everything is approved, your final assets will be prepared and delivered, ready to use across digital, print and packaging. You’ll receive your full set of files along with a brand guide, so you feel confident launching and using your brand going forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once we’ve agreed to proceed with your desired design work and you’ve approved your quote, I’ll send an invoice outlining your payment plan and details. A 50% deposit is due before the project begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For larger projects, payment plans can be discussed.

  • Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Any additional changes beyond this will be billed at my hourly rate.

  • Final artwork will be delivered via email, WeTransfer, or Google Drive (for larger files). Formats typically include JPG, PNG, EPS, or PDF, depending on your project’s needs. If you’d like access to working files, these can be provided for an additional fee.

  • I specialise in beauty, fashion, and wellness - but also love collaborating with lifestyle and creative brands that share a passion for storytelling and intentional design.

  • Absolutely! I work with clients from all over the world, location is never an issue.

  • For smaller or one-off projects, you can book a Day Rate Design — a focused design day dedicated to tackling your creative to-do list efficiently.
